These terms govern your use of DailyQuest.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Educational practice only
DailyQuest provides recreational cognitive and aptitude-test practice. It is not a medical, psychological, clinical, employment, or official police-academy assessment. Scores, percentiles, diagnoses, and companion comments are game feedback and do not predict or guarantee any test, job, academic, or health outcome.
Using the service
You may use the service for lawful personal practice. Do not disrupt the service, automate unfair leaderboard submissions, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, or use a callsign containing unlawful, abusive, or personally identifying content.
Privacy and storage
No traditional account or password is created, and we do not ask for an email address. Essential browser storage remembers your callsign, anonymous identity, scores, streaks, settings, and game history. Eligible leaderboard runs send an anonymous pseudonym and performance telemetry to our hosted service. Hosting providers also process standard security and request information. Intellectual property
The DailyQuest name, interface, original game content, copy, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute substantial parts of the service except where law expressly permits.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, scoring, content, or availability. We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Local progress can be lost if browser data is cleared or a device is changed.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We exclude implied warranties where legally allowed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and governing law
We may revise these terms as the service or law changes. The updated date will appear here. Applicable governing law and courts depend on mandatory rules in your place of residence.
